GTA fans are building their own districts on a million-dollar DARTZ. More than 60% is already booked

The project opened in early October, with streamers and creators bringing their communities onto the car. DARTZ is offering a small number of exclusive positions directly, alongside a giveaway
A business that exists only inside a GTA roleplay server could soon have its logo on a real, seven-figure DARTZ in Miami. So could a crew, a streamer or someone who simply wants their gamer tag to be part of it.
The organisation behind the confidential customer of DARTZ’s independently commissioned answer to the Nightshark has asked for a one-off livery built with the GTA community. The project began in early October, and organisers say more than 60% of the available space is already booked.
The idea is to bring together the identities people have built in the game: player tags, crew emblems, roleplay businesses and server brands, alongside gaming brands, influencers and content creators. Together, they will form a single design that stays on the car for one year.
But the customer’s organisation had a particular request about how people should get involved. Most of the space should pass through the community itself, rather than be sold directly by the manufacturer.
Each creator gets a district
Participating streamers and creators have been allocated approximately one square metre each. Within that space, they build their own district, bringing in people, crews and brands from their communities.
That gives each section of the car its own character. A creator can bring together the people who have followed them for years. A roleplay community can put the businesses and identities from its server onto something that exists outside it.
A crew logo might not mean much to someone walking past the car. To the people who play under it, it can represent years of friendships, rivalries and late nights. Those are the kinds of details the organisation wants in the finished design.
The creators are choosing who shares their part of the bodywork, not just being asked to promote a finished car.
Most places come through the community. A few come through DARTZ
The main route into the project is through participating GTA streamers, influencers, content creators and community members. People looking for a place will need to find the people building the districts.
DARTZ has retained a very limited selection of special positions for direct purchase. The manufacturer is also running a giveaway for space in the livery.
So there is a direct route, but it is deliberately small. Most of the design is being assembled through the people and communities taking part.
The design goes to Miami and stays for a year
The completed livery will be part of the car’s Miami reveal, remain on the vehicle for one year and feature in the project’s subsequent press materials.
That means the contributions are not just being collected for a digital mockup or a launch-night backdrop. They will be on the car itself, leaving Miami with it.
The customer commissioned one car. The invitation to help decide what it looks like has travelled much further, and more than half the available space is already spoken for.
