37 Riders from Various Countries Compete in Round 3 of the Qatar Desert Racing Championship in Sealine

Amro Al Hamad and Pedro Almeida Present Trophies to the Motorcycle Competition Winners

The Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) organised Round 3 of the Qatar Desert Racing Championship, “Survival 2,” for motorcycles on Saturday in Sealine, with the participation of 37 riders from various countries. The event featured a challenging desert course and an exciting atmosphere of competition.

The event witnessed impressive performances and close competition among participants, who battled for the top positions in Class 1 and Class 2, alongside the Veteran and Challenger categories.

At the conclusion of the race, Mr. Amro Al Hamad, Executive Director of the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation, and Mr. Pedro Almeida, Race Director, presented trophies to the winners in recognition of their outstanding performances throughout the competition.

Round Results – Motorcycle Category

Class 1

The overall standings were as follows:

1st Place: Ethan Lane
2nd Place: Alex McInnes
3rd Place: Mohammad Al Balooshi

In the special categories, Mohammad Bindol claimed the Veteran category title, while Abdallah Al Sabaa secured victory in the Challenger category.

Class 2 (Quads)

The overall standings were as follows:

1st Place: Mansour Al Suwaidi
2nd Place: Abdulaziz Ahli
3rd Place: Ali Al Marzouki

Ali Al Marzouki also claimed the Challenger category title.

The organisation of this round reflects the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation’s ongoing efforts to develop desert racing, encourage participation in motorcycle competitions, and provide a competitive environment where riders from different countries can test their abilities and skills on Qatar’s challenging desert terrain.
