TEAM QATAR CLAIMS PODIUM FINISH AND DRIVER OF THE DAY HONOUR AT SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS

Team Qatar by Iron Lynx secured a strong third-place finish in the LMGT3 category in Round 4 of the 2026 European Le Mans Series at the legendary Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.

The No. 62 Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo delivered a competitive and consistent performance throughout the four-hour race, battling at the front of the highly competitive LMGT3 field to secure a well-deserved place on the podium and valuable championship points.

Adding to the team’s success, Abdulla Ali Al-Khelaifi was named LMGT3 Driver of the Day, recognising his outstanding performance and contribution to Team Qatar’s strong result at one of endurance racing’s most challenging circuits.

The Spa-Francorchamps podium marks another important achievement for Team Qatar by Iron Lynx in its 2026 ELMS campaign and provides further momentum as the championship heads into its remaining rounds.

Team Qatar will now turn its focus to the final stages of the season, aiming to build on this strong performance and continue its fight for further podium finishes.
